Dear DieHard Fans,
Well..I know it's been a really long time since I wrote a blog about my musical career (!). I started this in the 90's with email when it first came out, then transferred over to WordPress for a while. I find myself in yet another phase of my career, and realized that I needed to update my web presence anyway, so I'm using the Blog feature that's here on my website. Trying to keep it simple, I guess.
A lot has changed even since the last blog I sent out...over 2 years ago, I think!
I'm now living in Northern Arizona, but I still have a lot of ties to LA, SF and NY. So, I'm able to continue my music production co. (Monica Ashton Productions) online remotely. It's amazing today how easy it is to write music using tracks from all over the world (!). The only weird thing is making sure I'm not waking someone up at 3 a.m. on the other side of the world if I have a question!!!
